• Use the app for personal memory-keeping only and not for public broadcasting or sharing harmful content.
• Avoid uploading any material that promotes hate speech, violence, abuse, or discrimination of any kind.
• Refrain from storing or sharing recordings tied to illegal activities.
• Only upload your own audio-memory. Do not record others without their consent.
• Understand that this platform is not a substitute for mental health services or professional therapy.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

2. AI Processing & Transcription

To provide transcription and memory summaries, AuraLog uses AI services that temporarily process your audio data. Specifically:

• Your audio is sent to a third-party AI provider (such as OpenAI) to generate transcripts and short titles.
• This processing occurs before your audio is encrypted and stored.
• We do not use your data to train AI models, and we follow all reasonable efforts to comply with provider privacy policies.

If you are uncomfortable with your data being processed by external AI systems, please refrain from uploading sensitive or personal material.

3. Data & Privacy

All audio data is encrypted at rest and stored securely. We take privacy seriously and will never sell or share your data. Only you can access your account. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Service Terms

AuraLog is provided “as is” with no warranties. We may modify or discontinue features without prior notice. We may also update these terms periodically.

Continued use of the service after such changes implies your acceptance of the new terms.

Your data is never sold or shared. Only you can access your encrypted memories through your authenticated account.

You may delete your memories at any time. Deleted files are permanently removed from our servers.
